Central Texas Mental Health (CTMH) is an established Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic in Round Rock, Texas. Dr. Musgrove is a board-certified Psychiatrist working alongside six Physician Assistants. Together with their staff, CTMH provides diligent care for the growing Central Texas community and its mental health. We have an employment opportunity for Medical Assistants interested in a rewarding role as a vital member of our patient care team. Responsibilities Medication refills Patient Care (TMS / Spravato Technician; training provided) Drug Screening Sample Collection Pharmacogenetic Testing Sample Collection Monitoring Patient Vitals Clinical data entry (updating demographics, etc.) or other administrative tasks as requested Assist with front desk operations by providing coverage as needed Assist with patient check-ins, both in-person and virtually Collect patient payments as needed Answer questions or route to the appropriate party Schedule patient appointments Document interactions with patients Assist providers with patient callbacks as instructed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Certified Medical Assistant (open to nursing assistants) Previous experience strongly preferred

Commensurate with experience ($15.00•$19.00 per hour)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (8 AM•5 PM); No weekends
