This role is responsible for performing a variety of routine office tasks such as maintaining the electronic health record through medical records review. Administrative Support Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and electronic filing systems Enter, update, and verify data in databases and tracking systems using medical records retention policies Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies and regulations Retrieve records and information upon request Communicate with supervisory staff for project timelines and planning purposes

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of numerical accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications at a moderate level. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workspace and tasks proactively. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
