In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of administrative functions, ensuring efficient management of patient records, insurance processing, and appointment scheduling. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems by updating patient information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining data integrity Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle third-party billing to ensure timely reimbursement Coordinate with managed care organizations and health insurance providers to facilitate authorization and claim submissions Support revenue cycle management by tracking payments, following up on unpaid claims, and managing billing inquiries Answer incoming calls professionally, schedule appointments, and provide information about services offered Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards while managing sensitive patient information Requirements Proven experience in medical administration or a related healthcare support role Strong knowledge of health insurance processes, managed care policies, and third-party billing procedures Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems and medical terminology Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills to interact confidently with patients, providers, and insurance representatives Knowledge of revenue cycle management practices to optimize billing workflows and collections Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and healthcare protocols Join us in making a difference by supporting healthcare teams with your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail.
