Office Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Starting Pay:
$13.50 - $14.50/hour We are currently seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our dedicated healthcare team at our San Antonio location. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient triage and intake
AVRG. 25-60
Patient daily Scheduling Collect Demographic Info Collect Insurance Verify Insurance Answer Phones and Complete outbound calls DME Supplies/Title XIX Home health Paperwork/ Letterheads Urine and blood sample collection Conducting EKGs and spirometry Scanning/uploading documents and entering billing into EMR Medication prior authorizations Supporting daily clinical operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Must be a Medical Assistant Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Prior experience with EMRs and medical billing is a plus Comfortable performing basic clinical tasks like phlebotomy, EKG, and spirometry
