As a TMS technician, you will be required to operate the TMS machine after training. Dexterity (the ability to use your hands skillfully in performing tasks) is a requirement for this role. As a BrainView NeuralScan technician, you will be required to conduct testing for patients after adequate training period.
Other Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule patient appointments Document and update medical records and insurance reports Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
Skills:
Dexterity - You have to be good at using your hands skillfully while operating medical equipment. Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software Summary As a Medical Assistant/TMS Technician, you will be integral in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support within a healthcare setting. Reporting to the healthcare provider, your core responsibilities will include managing medical records, assisting with TMS procedures, administering medications (e.g., Spravato and injectables), and ensuring efficient office operations. Your strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office will enhance patient interactions and streamline administrative tasks. Additionally, your time management and organizational abilities will be essential in maintaining a productive work environment, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
