Medical Assistant

Looking for a Medical assistant . Looking for MA who has multi tasking skill and team skills ( as a member and leader) are important for the Job. It is full time Job from Monday through Friday. Knowledge of eClinical Works a plus Active listening skills Behavior that is enthusiastic Enjoy working as part of a team Flexibility/Adaptability Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a caring and friendly attitude towards the patients.

Good communication skills:

written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively with Center management, Center staff, patients, their families, The Clinic's staff, physicians and their staff Completes special projects that may require defining problems, determining work sequence and summarizing findings. Must have good computer skills including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical dexterity and mobility: articulate and intelligible: good hearing and vision: must be able to lift 25 pounds: must be able to reach and place items on higher shelving. Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERTISE

High school diploma or GED; Minimum of three (3) years medical billing and collection experience in a hospital or clinical setting; Microsoft 2010 software application including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as great organizational skills. Must be able to apply critical thinking skills to solve a problem and have a proven attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate should be able to prioritize responsibilities, offer excellent customer service and demonstrate effective multi-tasking skills. Must also demonstrate self-starter attributes and take initiative when completing tasks. Must provide verifiable professional references Must pass background check
