We have a new clinic in Southlake, TX and are looking for a dynamic, motivated & dependable individual to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate and integrated care to our patients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Position Overview:
Our Medical Assistants are versatile and fully trained in care coordination, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato therapy. This role is one of the most desirable and important positions within our support staff, offering a unique opportunity to expand your skills and contribute to a positive healthcare environment. We are looking for a full-time team member who is driven, charismatic & dependable. Hours would be Tuesday-Thursday from 10am-7pm, Friday from 8am-5pm, & Saturdays 8am-4pm. Responsibilities:
Manage patient care including checking patients in, collecting vital signs, and preparing patients for Spravato and TMS treatment. Coordinate appointments and maintain patient charts with accuracy and efficiency. Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between providers and patients. Handle financial aspects such as collecting payments and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a medical secretary or in a similar role. Familiarity with medical office management systems and procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
