Job Description:

As a Medical Assistant at our dermatology office, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing outstanding care to our patients. You will assist with clinical and administrative tasks, including preparing patients for exams, assisting during procedures, and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare patients for examination and treatment. Assist the dermatologist during procedures and exams. Document medical histories and update patient records. Prepare and sterilize instruments and exam rooms. Perform routine lab work Maintain accurate patient files and handle medical records with confidentiality. Assist in managing patient flow to ensure efficient office operations. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a medical assistant with experience in Dermatology required. Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
