Experienced and Enthusiastic Medical Assistant Family Medicine & Aesthetics Practice We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Medical Assistant to join our Family Medicine and Aesthetics team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about patient care, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Medical Assisting experience (preferred) Proficiency in EMR systems Strong background in back office duties, with some front office experience

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance verification, billing, and collections Data entry and patient documentation in EMR Immunizations and administering injections Assisting the physician with minor procedures Performing EKG, spirometry, BrainView, and other in-office diagnostic tests Communicating test results to patients. General clinical and administrative tasks as needed
