Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and support in various medical settings, including urgent care, internal medicine, geriatrics, and hospital medicine.Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, and documenting patient information accurately.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Support healthcare providers in delivering patient care efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with medical administrative tasks including maintaining patient records and handling medical billing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment such as urgent care or hospital settings.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Experience in geriatrics or internal medicine is a plus.
