We are currently looking for someone extremely flexible , as part-time prn, and we would love to build this position up for the right fit. We are looking for someone who is friendly, kind, bubbly, and great with customers. This job will range from greeting patients, to bringing them into rooms, drawing blood, taking photos for their charts/social media, possibly checking them out at front desk. Bonus if you are skilled with iPhone photo/video. In this role, you will be the vital link between patients and providers, ensuring exceptional patient care and smooth clinical operations. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for from their initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in aesthetic medicine while supporting a busy outpatient clinic dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and confidence. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their identity, and assist with intake procedures to ensure accurate medical histories and treatment plans Take blood draws for aesthetic injectable procedures Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to monitor patient health status before procedures Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies, sterilize equipment, and assist providers during aesthetic procedures including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels Provide patient education on post-treatment care instructions, medication administration, and skincare routines to optimize results and safety Maintain detailed documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including ICD coding for diagnoses and procedures Support medical staff with basic life support (BLS) during emergencies and ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and equipment such as X-ray devices or laser tools used in aesthetic treatments Qualifications Prior experience in dermatology, aesthetic medspas, hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics is highly preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to aesthetic procedures Familiarity with EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans Certification in basic life support (BLS) is required; CPR certification required. additional certifications in X-ray or emergency medicine are a plus Experience working within hospital settings such as Level I or Level II trauma centers or inpatient units enhances your candidacy Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations especially in aesthetics! Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail , and most of all staying upbeat and positive.
