We specialize in delivering accessible, high-quality care through both in-person and telehealth services. Our team is committed to creating a supportive, efficient, and compassionate environment for every patient we serve.Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our providers in delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for exams, including taking vital signs and medical history Assist providers during patient visits (in-person and virtual support) Manage patient intake, documentation, and chart updates in EMR/EHR systems Coordinate lab orders, referrals, and follow-ups Perform basic clinical tasks (as permitted by certification and state guidelines) Handle patient communication, appointment reminders, and check-in/check-out processes Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulationsQualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant experience preferred Minimum 1+ year of experience in a clinical setting (preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures Experience with EMR/EHR systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:
