Our busy Pediatric medical office in Draper has a full time position open. The position includes benefits, generous paid time off, employee discounts and the opportunity to help the life and well-being of infants, children and adolescents. Schedule will include 4 days per week with rotating evenings and weekends. Responsibilities This position is responsible to communicate over the phone with parents of patients or patients, schedule appointments as appropriate and document prescriptions refills. This position is also responsible to assist with phone calls including crisis calls, related to mental health. Additional responsibilities will include communicating hospital calls and critical lab value information to providers. Must be capable of documenting narrative notes for all phone calls. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be friendly, out-going, self motivated with excellent adaptation and problem solving skills. The ability to communicate directly and clearly with the provider, patients and parents is crucial. Must be proficient on the computer, have excellent phone etiquette and work well as a team. Experience Required.
