The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional service to our patients and their parents. Duties As a Medical Assistant/ Receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support both clinical and administrative functions, including but not limited to: Assisting healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures Performing intake assessments and documenting patient histories Measuring and recording vital signs accurately Administering medications as directed by physicians Managing electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient patient data management Utilizing medical terminology to communicate effectively with the healthcare team Immunizations and basic labs Providing excellent patient service through effective communication and empathy Answering phone calls Triage patients over the phone Scheduling patients with healthcare providers Experience The ideal candidate will have: Experience in a medical setting, CNA or Medical Assistant Certification Preferred, but will train the right person Computer EMR with medical technology preferred Must be dependable and have great communication skills Love and compassion for children is a must If you are passionate about providing quality patient care and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a Medical Assistant.
