We believe most men are operating well below their potential — and that the right diagnostics, the right protocols, and the right team can change that. Our model is built around understanding each patient's biology from the ground up and delivering care that's proactive, personalized, and built for long-term results. We're looking for people who want to be part of that from day one. We're hiring multiple Medical Assistants to join our team at our Holladay location. This is a hybrid clinical and front-of-house role — you'll support patient care while also managing the front desk and day-to-day clinic operations. What you'll do Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling, and handle front desk operations Assist providers with patient intake, vital signs, and in-clinic lab procedures Administer injections and assist with point-of-care testing Draw blood for in-clinic and send-out lab work Manage patient communications and follow-ups Handle inventory, supply ordering, and general clinic administrative tasks Represent the Forj brand with professionalism and discretion at every patient touchpoint What we're looking for Prior medical assistant or clinical support experience required Injection experience strongly preferred Phlebotomy experience preferred CMA or RMA certification a plus, but not required Warm, polished, and comfortable in a patient-facing role — you're often the first and last impression Professional and discreet with sensitive health information Thrives in a small team, startup environment where no two days are identical Why Forj Ground-floor opportunity at a premium men's health clinic with real growth potential Small, cohesive team and a patient population that's engaged and motivated A clinic environment that actually feels good to work in Competitive hourly compensation ($20-$24/hour depending on experience) To apply , send your resume and a brief note on why Forj interests you to
