What You'll Do:

Room patients, take vitals, and complete intake documentation in AdvancedMD Operate EMSella and EMSculpt Neo body contouring devices (we train you) Support infrared sauna and cold plunge sessions Assist with lab draws and specimen preparation Cover front desk when needed — you're part of one team Work with your team to creatively problem solve and innovate Schedule patients, assist with prior authorizations, and medical records requests IV starts (if trained)

What We're Looking For:

MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), EMT, or Paramedic — all welcome to apply Clinical experience in a fast-paced outpatient, emergency, or wellness setting Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what needs doing Coachable, team-first, and genuinely excited about functional and aesthetic medicine A creative problem solver who brings ideas and innovates alongside the team Spanish speaking preferred
