Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Busy and fast-paced GI clinic is looking for outgoing, responsible individual to work as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.

Duties include:

phone triage, prescription refills, rooming patients, electronic charting, scheduling appointments, answering phones and other duties as assigned. Full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Previous medical assistant experience is a plus. Ideal candidate will have graduated from a medical assistant program and have a current certification (CMA) or registration (RMA) by either agency (American Registry of Medical Assistants or American Association of Medical Assistants). However, certification is not required for the position.

The ideal candidate will possess:
