This is a full-time position working four 9-11 hour days a week. We offer a supportive and flexible environment where we prioritize clear communication, personal growth (including pushing toward Medical/PA/NP schooling programs) and a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you will be a key part of our team of 10 Medical Assistants, rotating between three physicians and four physician assistants.

Your responsibilities will include:

Direct Patient Care:

Including patient visits, phlebotomy and in-office testing.

Administrative Duties:

Managing phone messages, prior authorizations, scheduling appointments, and handling electronic record management. We're looking for someone with practical experience in these areas. While certification is a plus, it's not a requirement. We focus on hands-on experience and a positive attitude. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to apply for our Senior Medical Assistant position, which comes with increased responsibilities and pay.
