Full-Time Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and committed full-time Medical Assistant to join our dynamic Primary Care team. The ideal candidate will have strong patient service skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with patients and staff. This role requires excellent multi-tasking abilities, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Deliver basic primary care services while ensuring patient comfort and addressing immediate needs.

Patient Education:

Identify patient concerns and provide education on health risks, preventive care, and wellness strategies.

Medical Records Management:

Accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records and reports.

Communication:

Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Administrative Support:

Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and front office assistance to support clinic operations.

Venipuncture:

Perform blood draws and basic lab testing as needed.

Immunizations:

Administer vaccines and stay informed on current immunization schedules and protocols.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and patient service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred, but not required Bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus
