We are seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our hospital team , with full-time or part-time availability. As a hospital assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic and compassionate team focused on delivering exceptional care to our equine patients. You'll assist with day-to-day patient care, help maintain a clean and organized hospital environment, and support doctors and technicians in a wide variety of medical cases. What you'll do: Assist with medical treatments, diagnostics, surgeries and other procedures as directed Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient care Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment using aseptic techniques. Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian. Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition or behavior Provide hands-on support in patient care, including feeding, grooming and holding horses. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient. Help maintain cleanliness and organization in stalls, treatment areas, and hospital spaces What we're looking for: Horse experience is required; veterinary or animal care experience is preferred but not required Team players with a strong work ethic and a willingness to jump in wherever needed Dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in doing things right Ability to safely handle horses of various temperaments and sizes A calm, positive attitude

Schedule & Benefits:
10 hour shifts (open shifts are 10am
- 8pm or 4pm
- 2am) Full-time or part-time options available Full time schedule is Wednesday 10am
- 8pm and Thursday
- Saturday 4pm
- 2am Part time schedule is Saturday
- Sunday 7am
