Registered Medical Assistant Infertility & Women's Health Multi Location:
Chesapeake, VA & Virginia Beach, VA (First Colonial Road) Procreate Fertility Center is seeking a full-time Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) to join our growing team. As an GYN/Infertility Medical Assistant, you will work at the top of your certification while caring for a unique and inspiring patient population. This is an ideal role for a Medical Assistant ready to take their career to the next level. What You'll Do Perform both administrative and clinical duties Prepare and maintain patient charts and exam rooms Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs Interview patients and document medical history in the EHR Assist providers during exams and procedures Document visit notes accurately in the EHR Provide patient education as needed Administer medications per provider orders Support front desk or reception functions when necessary Minimum Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Ability to complete training at the Chesapeake, VA location Preferred Qualifications Experience in Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, IVF, OB/GYN, or Women's Health Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Two or more years of healthcare experience Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
