Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, verifying insurance information, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to monitor patient health status Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout their visit Support physicians with clinical tasks including medication administration, wound care, and basic life support procedure Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters using medical terminology and ICD coding for diagnoses and treatments Manage medical supplies inventory Qualifications Proven experience in outpatient or hospital medicine environments, with familiarity in dermatology, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately support patient care activities Strong skills in patient service, intake procedures, vital signs collection, and ICD coding for accurate recordkeeping Ability to operate EHR systems efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information •

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
