Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Northern Virginia, has an employment opportunity for an experienced medical assistant to support a busy podiatry practice in Gainesville, VA.

General Medical Assistant responsibilities include:

Assisting Physician with clinical procedures Obtaining patient vital signs & medical history Assisting physician with general patient care and medical coding Cleaning and stocking exam rooms Ordering supplies Assisting at the front desk Scheduling appointments; placing reminder calls Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School Degree 1 year of experience as a medical assistant Must possess exceptional customer service skills Medical terminology Must have strong clinical skills Must be able to work independently and on a team Must have problem solving skills EMR experience preferred (ECW) Professional demeanor Loudoun Medical Group provides competitive compensation and benefits.
