We are seeking friendly and responsible MAs (Medical Assistants) to join our team for Gameday Men's Health Norfolk, a specialized clinic offering services in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight loss injections, peptides, erectile dysfunction treatments, vitamin injections, and supplements. We want someone who is passionate about this business and the products/services that we offer. Knowledge of the medical industry, particularly in this field, is a huge plus. Must have MA certification.

Our Norfolk, VA location (www.gamedaymenshealth.com/norfolk-va/) is hiring Medical Assistants to help with the daily function of our clinic. The MAs should provide an amazing patient experience, the highest level of clinical excellence, and support the provider.

Pay :

Starting at $20/hr

Medical Assistant Responsibilities Include:

Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts Assisting medical providers with patient care Greeting patients Assisting in lab operations Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols. Scheduling appointments Assisting in administrative duties

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be friendly! Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients. Knowledge of men's health topics, wellness industry, or experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, or general practice is a plus. Fast and eager learner. Become knowledgeable & proficient about the products/services at our clinic to answer general customer questions and talk about the products Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with EMR software is preferred.
