We strive to help our patients by creating a positive learning atmosphere that will give them confidence in their ability to maintain at-home care and confidence in the care they receive at Endocrinology Associates. Our combined in-office capabilities to offer thyroid ultrasounds, fine needle aspirations, bone densitometry scans, liver elastography scans, and in-house phlebotomy and laboratory results help us to achieve our goal to provide the most complete care to our patients possible under one roof. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive team environment. Medical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position offers the opportunity to develop clinical knowledge, work closely with providers, and play an active role in supporting high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for provider visits by obtaining vital signs, updating medical histories, documenting relevant information, and promoting efficient patient flow throughout the clinic. Assist providers with patient care activities, including injections, laboratory and diagnostic orders, patient education, and other clinical duties within scope and as directed. Support ongoing patient care by coordinating refill requests, communicating results and provider recommendations, facilitating patient-provider communication, and assisting with other follow-up needs. Review and refine AI-generated clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, grammar, spelling, and compliance with practice standards prior to provider review and finalization. Maintain accurate patient records, verify critical patient information, and exercise strong attention to detail when documenting encounters, processing requests, and coordinating care. Collaborate effectively with providers and team members to support clinic operations, deliver exceptional patient service, and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
