Job Description

Part-Time Clinic Assistant Established clinic seeking a reliable and organized part-time assistant to help support daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a positive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include:
Filing and organizing paperwork General office administrative support Assisting with clinic organization and day-to-day tasks Light cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, and taking out trash Helping maintain a clean, professional clinic environment
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and filing skills Ability to declutter, organize clinic spaces and supplies Previous office administrative experience preferred Previous experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred, but not required Positive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn and take initiative Dependable and detail-oriented Part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
