Job Description

Looking for a medical assistant for a busy gastroenterology practice who is professional, punctual, detail oriented and polite. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting physicians during procedures (upper endoscopies and colonoscopies)
  • working pre-op and recovery on procedure days
  • Washing scopes
  • Triaging patients/Rooming patients
  • Answering phones
  • Inputting info into EHR
  • Prior authorizations
  • Scanning/shredding documents
