Certified Medical Assistant

Certified Medical Assistant Schedule is full time Monday - Friday in clinic. No evenings or weekends. Location is Arlington, WA (not TX). MA duties include but are not limited to: Rooming patients Taking vitals Assisting in procedures Performing Injections/Immunizations/Wound Care/ EKGs/Spirometry's EMR documentation Refilling prescriptions, obtaining insurance prior authorizations, and completing paperwork as needed Phone triage Follow through on inquiries and assist other parts of the clinic - we are a team!

Requirements:

Reliable, punctual and committed to quality care Ability to multi-task and keep pace with clinic needs/provider Must be team-oriented, friendly, self-driven and able to work independently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Time management and organizational abilities Current MA-C certification in Washington State At least one year with Family Medicine background preferred Must be supportive of childhood vaccinations and family planning measures Experience with Epic EMR preferred Must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States Why Work Here?
