Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Full-Time Medical Receptionist/Assistant Join Our Growing Team! Ankle & Foot Specialists of Puget Sound is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist/Assistant for our Bonney Lake location . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both patient reception and clinical support while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

What You'll Do:

You'll be trained in Front Office & Back Office Duties, which include: Patient check-in/check-out Scheduling and rescheduling appointments Answering phones and assisting with patient questions New patient intake Scanning insurance cards and paperwork Processing outgoing referrals Handling OBQs (Orthotic Benefit Quotes) Completing work notes and FMLA paperwork Communicating with the back office to ensure smooth patient flow Taking Xrays Rooming Patients Intake of Medical Info and entering in our EHR (Nextgen) Sterilizing rooms and equipment

Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional demeanor Team player mentality Willingness to be cross-trained Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required This Position is the "Backup" to all of the Staff. You will be trained in Front Office & Back, so you can help where needed! The person we are looking for MUST be a Team Player! And enjoy both sides to the medical field.
