ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to join our growing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be a critical part of delivering the world-class experience our clinic is known for. You will work directly alongside our providers to keep the clinic running smoothly, ensure patient data is accurate, and make every patient feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet every patient with genuine warmth and enthusiasm Perform patient check-ins and follow up on their care progress during each visit Accurately gather and document patient data in patient charts in a timely manner Assist in completing and accurately filing ARM (Adhesion Release Methods) forms Answer patient questions about care plans, ARM protocols, and continuing care options Set up, operate, and prepare the laser for use Maintain an organized clinical environment — file all patient charts and loose paperwork at end of each shift Communicate the status of incomplete tasks or outstanding information to the incoming team member via ChiroTouch Double-check the daily schedule for errors and flag any discrepancies Respond to staff communications within 24 hours Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve patient care and clinic operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in a clinical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making them feel at ease Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy in documentation Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning new software and clinic management systems (ChiroTouch experience a plus) A passion for health, wellness, and athletic performance is a bonus!

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position with need for Tuesdays available. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
