SPECIAL NOTES

• Our clinic is medium-sized, comprising six care teams and seven medical assistants, with a focus on a predominantly geriatric patient panel.

Prior experience with EPIC EMR and Primary Care, particularly wellness visits, is beneficial for candidates. We are conveniently located on a hospital campus within a medical building that offers free parking.
