Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, professional Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in Lynnwood. In this role, you will work in a 1:1 partnership with a dedicated provider , serving as an integral part of a care team that treats 80-120 patients daily. This is an excellent opportunity for an MA who is passionate about patient flow, clinical accuracy, and supporting underserved communities.

Daily Responsibilities Patient Flow:

Room and exit patients following strict clinical protocols; expect a high-volume environment seeing 20+ patients per day.

Clinical Support:

Obtain vital signs, perform venipuncture, and assist providers with charting office visits to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

Medication Administration:

Administer vaccinations, immunizations, and oral medications under physician orders.

Administrative Coordination:

Manage the physician team's Inbasket within EPIC , complete all provider referrals, and ensure documentation is precise and timely.

Team Collaboration:

Partner closely with 8-9 on-site providers and a team of fellow CMAs to maintain a seamless clinic experience.

Required Qualifications Certification:

Active MA-C Certification through the Washington State DOH (or a valid Interim License with the ability to pass the exam within 90 days).

BLS:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire).

Attributes:

A "can-do" attitude, eagerness to learn, and high coachability.

Preferred Skills & Experience Systems:

Prior experience using

EPIC EHR.

Languages:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Korean is highly valued.

Specialty Experience:

Previous experience with

COVID-19

support or high-volume community health clinics.

Work Environment & Logistics Setting:

Professional clinical environment helping underprivileged populations.

Solid color scrubs.
