We are looking for Certified Medical Assistants to join our Float Pool team that supports our Indigo Urgent Care clinics in our North Region which includes: Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens and Marysville. Unique Earning Potential:

The Certified Medical Assistant is an integral part of the Indigo clinical team. They engage with both patients and providers to deliver the best possible care and customer service. A typical work shift may include: Customer greeting and registration; Listening to customer concerns and recording relevant information; Taking vital signs; Preparing for and assisting with x-ray imaging; Administering medication and/or point-of-care testing; Communicating test results or next steps with customers and their families; Working closely with medical providers, assisting with procedures; Engaging in trusting, supportive relationships with team members; Sharing ideas and solutions for continuous improvement. The daily variety in customer needs creates a dynamic, fast-paced clinic environment. This role requires collaboration, good judgement, and enthusiasm. Clinical Concierge MAs can expect to work alongside team members who are experienced, hardworking, and fun. Requirements:
One (1) year experience in a physician's office or other medical facility preferred Medical assistant certification from an accredited training program Washington State Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) Certification for Washington workers Refer to CPR and ALS policy grid for requirements MORE ABOUT YOU
