Position Title:
CMA Pay Rate:
UP TO Travelers will qualify for max Stipend at $34/hr!
Work Location:
Seattle, Edmonds, Sammamish, Olympia, Bothell, and Bellevue Shift:
Day Hours/day:
8hrs or 10hrs at some locations!
Contract Duration:
up to 26 weeks with high extension possibilities!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting medical professionals in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a smooth workflow in the clinical environment, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for patients. This is a vital role that involves both clinical and administrative duties, and requires excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Support:
Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers with patient exams and procedures. Take and record patient vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, weight). Prepare patients for examinations, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns. Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the healthcare provider. Collect laboratory specimens (blood, urine, swabs) and prepare them for lab testing. Perform basic clinical procedures such as wound care, EKGs, and injections. Sterilize and maintain medical equipment and instruments.
Administrative Support:
Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits. Verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details. Process patient forms and documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Manage patient records with confidentiality and accuracy. Answer patient inquiries via phone or in person and direct them to appropriate staff. Prepare patient charts and maintain organized records.
Patient Interaction and Care:
Provide patients with educational materials and instructions for treatments or medications. Ensure patients are comfortable and address any concerns before, during, or after their visit.
