This role will support providers and clinical teams across multiple clinic locations while assisting with patient care, procedures, and daily clinic operations in a fast-paced specialty environment.

Responsibilities:

Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures Assist providers with dermatology procedures and patient care Prepare procedure rooms and assist during treatments and minor procedures Open and close clinic operations daily Clean and prepare instruments for re-sterilization Support inbox management including telephone encounters, patient messages, and MyChart navigation Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in Epic Float between clinic locations as needed for staffing coverage or call-outs Maintain clean, organized, and stocked exam and procedure rooms Deliver excellent patient care while supporting a fast-paced clinical workflow

Qualifications:

Required:

Current Medical Assistant Certification 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience Experience using Epic EMR Experience working in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across multiple clinic locations

Preferred Qualifications:
