Active Washington MA-C certification, AHA BLS, and 1+ years phlebotomy experience. Must handle clinical and administrative duties seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical duties including phlebotomy, vital sign assessments, and rapid point-of-care testing. Manage front-office activities such as patient reception, appointment coordination, insurance verification, and referral processing. Provide back-office support to keep clinic operations organized and efficient. Participate in cross-functional rotations to build broad expertise across clinical, testing, and administrative areas. Engage positively with patients from diverse backgrounds to create a welcoming and supportive experience. Requirements Current Washington state Medical Assistant certification (MA-C). Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience. Completion of TB testing as part of the onboarding process. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered service.
