Job Description

Our team is dedicated to helping patients improve their health, energy, and quality of life through comprehensive sleep medicine care. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with their provider, building relationships with patients, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team. We are seeking a self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys learning new skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every team member contributes to our success. Based primarily in Silverdale, this position supports a hybrid clinic model that includes both in-person and virtual patient care across multiple locations. Occasional travel to our Bellevue clinic (approximately once per month) is required for in-person patient visits. Why Join Our Team?

What You'll Do:
Clinical Support
  • Welcome and room patients for both in-person and telehealth appointments
  • Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, medications, and health information
  • Review patient intake forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist providers with patient flow and clinical documentation
  • Carry out provider orders and coordinate patient care activities
  • Educate patients on home sleep testing devices and treatment processes
  • Assist with follow-up care and patient communication Administrative Support
  • Manage provider messages, correspondence, and patient communications
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Coordinate testing, referrals, and follow-up appointments
  • Support quality patient experiences through excellent communication and service Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on patient-centered care
Qualifications:
Required
  • Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred
  • 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
  • Sleep medicine experience
  • DME experience
  • Experience with telehealth workflows
  • Familiarity with EMR systems Benefits
