Your Role:

Essential Responsibilities Documenting within eClinicalWorks EHR system. Take vital signs and patient histories. Administer medications and vaccines under provider guidance. Assist with procedures and treatments. Manage patient forms, referrals, and prior authorizations. Communicate with patients and families over the phone. Schedule appointments efficiently. Your attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and professionalism will make a difference every day! What We're Looking For Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) , or has worked as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) (Required) Must be 18+ years old . (Required) 1+ year experience in a medical office is preferred — but new grads with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply! What We Offer Minimum start wage is $21.00/hr . 32-40 hours/week (full-time). Flexibility to discuss the desired number of hours.
