In business since 2002, we are now focused on strategic non-surgical chronic pain relief using the Adhesion Release Method (ARM) . You will be directly involved with the treatment process•moving patients' bodies, performing examination, charting and supporting care•while also handling light administrative tasks. This position is ideal for massage therapy students, fitness professionals, or medical professionals who also want hands-on clinical experience.

Work Duties:

Maintain professional appearance of self and the treatment room Provide friendly, supportive bedside manner Move and position patients (requires basic level of fitness) Perform basic pain assessments, examination procedures, and accurate charting Handle scheduling, payments, filing and general office operations Help keep practice running smoothly so the provider can focus on treatment

Schedule & Start Date:

Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM•5:30PM and Friday 9:00AM•12:00PM as needed for admin (34 hours per week) Position starts June 22, 2026

Pay & Incentives:

Starting Pay:

$22 per hour for the first 8 weeks (probationary period). Employment is at-will , per Washington State law. After successful completion of the 8-week probation, pay increases to $3,300 salary every 4 weeks ($24.26/hour at 34 hours/week), subject to positive evaluation of patient handling, examination skills, charting and overall performance. Salary will be reviewed every 6 months thereafter for potential increases. Paid Sick Leave accrued as required by WA State law.

Paid Vacation :

10 days paid vacation per year after 6 months of employment to be scheduled in alignment with practice closures. As the practice grows and adds more providers, health insurance, retirement contributions and additional paid time off will be offered. Strong long-term growth potential, including a pathway to becoming a provider with $100k+ earning potential.
