Job Description

Join our clinical team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Under the direction of the Clinic Supervisor, you will support our providers by managing patient flow, performing clinical procedures, and ensuring a seamless experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Clinical SupportRooming & Vitals:
Prepare patients for exams by gathering medical history and vitals according to provider preferences.
Clinical Procedures:
Perform basic treatments, assist with procedures, and safely administer medications as ordered.
Patient Education:
Provide educational materials and clear discharge instructions to patients and families.
Flow Management:
Maintain an efficient patient flow to maximize provider treatment time.
Administrative & OperationalDocumentation:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Prep & Maintenance:
Complete pre-appointment prep, sanitize exam rooms, and manage medical supplies/equipment.
Coordination:
Schedule follow-up appointments and tests while providing clear communication to patients via phone or in person.
Collaboration:
Participate in staff meetings and training modules to uphold professional practice standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
Experience:
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Certification:
• Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration (CMA/RMA).Current BLS (American Heart Association) or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire.
Skills:
Proficiency in EHR software, basic office equipment, and professional telephone etiquette.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary:
$19.00 - $28.00/hr (commensurate with experience).
Differentials:
Additional pay for Night/Evening shifts and Lead/Certified roles.
