Position Summary:

To provide medical assistant support and excellent patient care in our Facial Centers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet clients and review client history Address client concerns with professionalism Ensure proper documentation, including appropriate consent forms and post-treatment care Prepare, maintain, and stock treatment rooms Provide follow-up instructions and schedule follow up appointments Present future treatment options, product recommendations and cross-marketing opportunities Client follow up Maintain proper sanitation techniques in treatment rooms and with instruments Attending staff meetings and scheduled trainings Marketing at service events Keep licensure and continuing education requirements up to date Complete takes additional task as assigned by Manager
