Medical Assistant

Duration:

12+ Months Multiple backgrounds welcome: LPN, Medical Technologist, EMT, or Medical Clerk Position Summary Versatile role combining clinical support and administrative duties in a healthcare environment supporting employee care and office operations.

Key Responsibilities Medical:

Assist with physical examinations, conduct drug/alcohol screenings, support clinical staff

Administrative:

Answer phones, manage employee communications, operate office equipment, employee scheduling, file management and organization of archived records, data entry into Cority EMR system, organize employee medical charts Required Qualifications Strong organizational skills and computer literacy Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Willingness to learn new systems and tasks Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Hospital, medical office, doctor's office, or dental office experience Medical background or healthcare experience Medical terminology knowledge Compensation & Benefits $23-26/hour based on experience Training provided on Cority electronic medical records No degree required but preferred.
