71689 Vandalia Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant 2 to join our team in Parkersburg, West Virginia. This position plays an important role in supporting providers and delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Room and prepare patients for examinations and procedures Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care Administer injections, medications, and treatments as directed Perform EKGs, lab specimen collection, and other clinical duties as needed Maintain accurate electronic medical records Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care Ensure exam rooms and clinical areas remain clean, stocked, and organized Deliver excellent customer service while creating a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required High school diploma or equivalent required Previous clinical experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented healthcare environment Knowledge of electronic medical records preferred Why Join Vandalia Health?
