Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) regulations for reimbursement and timeliness of claims submission. Maintain confidentiality of patient information, employee information and other information covered by regulations and professions ethics. Medical Coder I:

High School Diploma/GED Minimum of 1 year of proven medical coding experience Successful completion of Anatomy and Physiology and Medical Terminology courses. AAPC or AHIMA certification is required.
