Responsibilities Review physician documentation and assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes Code diagnoses, procedures, labs, radiology, and treatments Follow up on incomplete charges and provider documentation Ensure accurate charge capture and coding compliance Work within EMR and billing systems to maintain coding accuracy Collaborate with providers regarding coding clarification and workflows Requirements CPC certification required Associate degree required Experience with

ICD-10, CPT
