Job Overview We are currently seeking Certified Professional Coders with experience in pathology to join our forward-thinking coding team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating directly with clients to ensure accurate documentation, proper charge capture, and compliance with ever-evolving industry standards. Key Responsibilities Review and abstract medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes for pathology services Apply CPT coding guidelines related to separate procedures, bundling, and add-on codes Ensure compliance with CMS regulations , including NCCI Edits , MIPS , and NCD/LCD policies Communicate with providers or client teams to clarify documentation or coding discrepancies Stay up to date with industry changes, payer-specific requirements, and coding policies Qualifications Certified Professional Coder (CPC, CCS-P, or equivalent certification) Proficiency in

ICD-10-CM
