Negotiable IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Product Director (PD) Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) Patient Handling System (PHS)/Medical Interior Project Lead/Subject Matter Expert (SME)to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision. Responsibilities Serve as Product Director (PD) Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) Patient Handling System (PHS)/Medical Interior Project Lead/Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Army's MEDEVAC fleet Provide technical leadership, direction, and specialized skills for complex tasks that require unique expertise related to the
MEDEVAC PHS
requirements integration as part of the design, development, and delivery of the
MEDEVAC PHS
to include electrical outlets, on and off-aircraft equipment storage, cabin heat, and patient seating and litter births. Communicate programmatic and cost analysis projections to
PD MEDEVAC
to support communication with external stakeholders and within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) related to PHS efforts Manage cost, schedule, and performance requirements throughout all phases of
MEDEVAC PHS
development Communicate critical shared funding responsibilities between the AMEDD and Aviation to effectively educate stakeholders and attain resources required to meet development milestones Provide direct liaison with the OTSG, MRDC, and MECCD in support of PHS airworthiness, engineering, test and evaluation, system qualification, hardware and software configuration control, production, training, and fielding Work with
PD MEDEVAC
office to collaborate on all MEDEVAC acquisition efforts related to Patient Handling Systems for US Army aircraft Ensure that work/products within area of responsibility are complete, meet customer requirements, and are of high quality Experience Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with minimum 15 years of experience, four of those years being PM-level experience Knowledge of MEDEVAC Patient Handling System (PHS) requirements and equipment and/or MEDEVAC operational experience desired Knowledge of contract actions and documents such as Statements of Work, Integrated Master Schedules, Budget Estimates, and Requests for Proposal Experience chairing IPTs in order to effectively manage projects and risk Experience with the development, integration, and certification of complex systems and sub-systems onto Army rotary-wing platforms While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to identify and seize initiative when needed; a self-starter who does not require daily tasking Ability to effectively communicate through both oral and written communication between multiple stakeholders, with minimal oversight on products and communication Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.
