This is an ideal role for a veterinarian who enjoys combining high-quality clinical practice with leadership and mentorship. You'll work alongside an experienced team of veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians and dedicated support staff while helping to shape the clinical direction of a thriving hospital. You'll have the autonomy to influence medical standards, mentor associates, support professional development and continue practising medicine with an interesting and varied caseload. The Practice This busy, modern small animal hospital provides comprehensive companion animal healthcare, including: Preventative medicine and wellness care Puppy and kitten programmes Digital radiography In-house laboratory diagnostics Diagnostic ultrasound Therapeutic laser therapy Advanced dentistry Soft tissue surgery Internal medicine Senior pet healthcare Nutritional counselling Microchipping Parasite prevention Boarding and grooming services As Medical Director, you'll lead an experienced clinical team while maintaining a collaborative culture centred around excellent patient care, client communication and continuous clinical improvement.
