Responsibilities:

Incumbent will provide leadership to providers in the market across a number of locations and will partner with colleagues to execute the strategic initiatives of the organization. This position does have a 70-80% of healthcare delivery , working with colleagues to ensure a high quality patient experience. Oversee and manage regional medical operations, ensuring compliance with Medicare and other healthcare regulations. Supervise medical staff, providing guidance on patient care and the adherence to HIPAA and FDA regulations. Ensure optimization of EHR systems and medical records management. Develop and manage budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation.

REQUIREMENTS
