PHYSICIAN MEDICAL DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY
  • Occupational Medicine in West Phoenix, AZ !
Monthly and Quarterly Bonus Incentives potential
Mon-Fri:
8a-5p
NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDYAS, NO CALL
30+ days off per year Treat scheduled and walk-in urgent care patients in an outpatient setting Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses Perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physicals
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted medical license Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date) Board Certification or Eligibility DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
